Ask us anything

The honest answers to everything Dallas customers ask before booking. Can’t find yours? Send it over — a real person replies within a business day.

Booking & pricing

We use flat-rate pricing based on your home’s size — never hourly billing. Starter cleanings begin at $129 for apartments and small homes, Standard runs $189 for most family homes up to 4 bed / 3 bath, and Premium is $289 for larger homes with full detail work. Recurring service saves 10–20%, and you always see your exact price before you book.

Most weekday slots are available within 2–3 days, and we can often accommodate next-day cleanings. Saturdays book about a week out. For move-out cleans tied to a lease date, we recommend booking as soon as you have your date — and our 24/7 emergency line covers genuinely urgent situations.

Yes — reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your appointment, online or by phone. Inside 24 hours there’s a $50 fee, because your team has already been routed and reserved for your home.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. A hold is placed the morning of your cleaning and captured only after the clean is complete. No cash needed, and tipping is appreciated but never expected — our teams earn a living wage.

The cleaning itself

Yes — everything is included: HEPA-filter vacuums, color-coded microfiber systems (so bathroom cloths never touch your kitchen), and Green Seal certified products. Prefer we use something specific of yours? Leave it out and note it in your booking.

Every room has its own section: kitchens cover counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts, and floors; bathrooms cover sanitizing, descaling, mirrors, and fixtures; living areas and bedrooms cover dusting, surfaces, floors, and glass. The team lead signs off each point before leaving, and deep cleans extend the list to baseboards, blinds, and appliance interiors.

Very. Our products are pet-safe, and your team keeps notes on file about your pets — names, which doors stay closed, who’s allowed treats. We just ask that pets who don’t love visitors be secured during the clean.

On Standard and Premium recurring plans, yes — the same two-person team every visit, so they learn your home and your preferences. If your team is ever out sick, we’ll ask before sending a substitute rather than surprising you.

Trust & safety

Yes and yes. We carry $2M in general liability insurance plus workers’ compensation, and we’re bonded — so you’re never exposed if something breaks or someone is injured on your property. Every team member passes a national background check before their 120 hours of paid training begin.

Not at all — most customers aren’t. Leave a key in a lockbox, share a garage or door code, or meet your team the first visit and set up entry instructions after that. Entry details are encrypted and visible only to your assigned team, never printed on schedules.

It’s rare, but we handle it like professionals: your team reports it immediately with photos (before you have to ask), and our office contacts you the same day with a repair or replacement plan covered by our insurance. No claims runaround.

Report any issue within 24 hours and we send a team back to re-clean the areas in question, free — that’s the first 100%. If you’re still not satisfied after the re-clean, we refund the visit — that’s the second. It’s been our policy since 2012, and fewer than 1% of visits ever need it.
